Thanks for using Contact (the "App"). These Terms of Service explain the rights Nexo Vate ("we," "us," "our") holds, and how you can manage the information shown to others through the App's caller identification and location display features. Please also take a look at our Privacy Policy for a deeper look at how your information is handled.

Who Can Use Contact

You need to be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you're between 13 and 18, a parent or guardian needs to give the okay. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for us to collect or use your contact information, that higher age applies instead. The App isn't meant for anyone under 13.

Our Privacy Policy goes into more detail about what you might share through the App and how we handle it.

How We Use Your Contacts

Using the App means you're agreeing to how we handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you turn on the App's Enhanced Search feature, you're agreeing that we can collect and share some information from your phone's contact list ("Contact Information") with other users, so the App can give better, more accurate identification results — both for you and for people looking you up. Turning this on gives Nexo Vate permission to use that Contact Information as part of the Service, and you're confirming you actually have the right to share it. You can switch this off anytime in the App's Settings.

What Shows Up When Someone Calls

The App may display a caller's name, a related business listing, or a rough general location, pulled from public sources, information shared by other users, and Contact Information collected through the App. Think of this as a helpful guess, not a guarantee — Nexo Vate can't promise that what's shown is always accurate, complete, or current.

Sharing With Outside Parties

We don't sell, trade, or hand off your personally identifiable information to outside companies, unless we give you advance notice first. We may hold onto compiled or non-identifiable data, but your personal data stays out of third parties' hands beyond what's explained here or in our Privacy Policy.

To help make caller identification more accurate, we might share your personal data with outside technical developers — but only ones who've signed a confidentiality agreement with us. This doesn't include the hosting or operational partners who help us run the App, as long as they agree to keep things confidential too. We may also share information if the law requires it, to enforce our policies, or to protect the safety or rights of Nexo Vate, our users, or anyone else.

Using Contact the Right Way

Please don't use the App to:

• Share someone's contact info without their permission
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or pretend to be someone else
• Tamper with or misuse another user's data
• Break any telecom, privacy, or data protection laws that apply to you

Who Owns What

The App's design, code, database, trademarks, and branding belong to Nexo Vate or our licensors. You get a personal license to use the App as intended — not to copy, take apart, resell, or redistribute it or the data behind it.

No Promises on Accuracy

The App, including its caller ID and location features, is offered "as is," without guarantees of any kind, as far as the law allows. We can't promise the results you see will always be right or up to date.

Where Our Responsibility Ends

To the extent the law permits, Nexo Vate isn't liable for indirect damages linked to your use of the App, including issues caused by inaccurate caller ID or location info. This doesn't apply to anything that legally can't be limited, like liability for death, injury, or fraud.

If These Terms Change

We might update these Terms from time to time as features or laws change. Sticking around and using the App after an update means you're okay with the new version.

Which Laws Apply

These Terms follow the laws that apply to Nexo Vate's place of business.
